Imran Khan, Pakistan’s former cricket star turned politician, on
Sunday (31/8) described the death of Princess Diana as having
been a “deep shock” and “extremely tragic”.

SOT Imran Khan (in English): “The reaction is of a deep
shock. It’s still difficult to assimilate the shock of suddenly
hearing of her death. That’s the only way I can describe it,
it’s deeply shocking, extremely tragic.”
SOT Imran Khan (in English): “Princes Diana was a friend in
need. She was someone when I needed her desperately for the
cancer hospital she just in two weeks notice hopped on a plane
and came and her presence revived the hospital. ”
SOT Imran Khan (in English): “I think it is one of the
greates tragedies. We are still in shock. Personally not only
for Diana who I knew but also for Dodi, who I knew as well. I’m
still trying to accept what is happening.”
